Hypotential offers three membership tiers:

7. Billing & Payments
All memberships are billed on a monthly basis.
Payments are made in advance for the upcoming billing period. By joining a membership, you agree to ongoing monthly billing until your membership is cancelled.
8. Momentum Commitment
Momentum membership begins with a minimum 3-month commitment.
This period is designed to allow sufficient time to implement learnings and see meaningful progress.
After the initial three months, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to account settings
- Select membership
- Follow the cancellation process
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided.
10. Upgrades & downgrades
You may request to upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Changes may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle, depending on the request.
11. Access to Membership content
Access to membership content is provided while your subscription is active.
If your membership is cancelled or expires, access to member-only content, resources and services will be removed.
12. Community conduct
