Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens at an event?

Our networking events are centered around an evening of open communication. Grab a drink, have a bite to eat and meet other trade business owners from various fields. Encouraging these conversations helps us all work through what’s working, what’s not, and hearing how other owners are handling the same pressure you are.

Can I bring someone to the networking events?

Yes, we encourage you to bring a mate. We just ask that you both register separately so we can keep a clear eye on numbers.

How often are the events held?

Bi-monthly, so once every two months. We’re working toward monthly as the network grows, but bi-monthly is where things stand today.

Do I need to be a Hypotential member to attend?

No, our networking events are open to all trade business owners. Members do get priority access to all events however.

What is included in my membership?

Every membership includes access to the private trade network, full content hub with courses and session recordings, resources & tools. Momentum unlocks weekly live workshops and group coaching.

Is Hypotential only for businesses trying to grow bigger?

No. Plenty of members want a stable, well-run business rather than a bigger one. Foundations is built for exactly that. Staying steady, knowing your numbers, and running things properly, whether or not you ever hire a single person.

I’ve just started my business. Is this too early for me?

Not at all. A lot of members join in their first year specifically to get the pricing, systems and structure right from the start, rather than fixing it later. Foundations is built around a network and community because there is no reason why you should be doing it alone or guessing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Our memberships have a 3-month commitment that is designed to keep you accountable and give a good crack at investing in yourself. In three months you’ll see a difference and know whether this is the right fit for you.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I upgrade my membership tier?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Contact us and we’ll move you to the next tier. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.

Will this work for my trade?

These skills and tools are built across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building, and maintenance. The fundamentals of business scaling are universal across trades.

Can I do this alone?

Sure, but it’s harder. Our training, guidance, and accountability systems make things go faster. It makes execution safer and more impactful.

How long does it take?

You can start to see early shifts within weeks. But sustainable systems take months to embed properly. It depends on your business size and how committed you are to it.

When should I start?

Systems matter at any stage. Get in. Start with the simplest part. As you grow, the systems grow with you and compound over time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No lock-in contracts. All memberships are month-to-month. We also offer annual billing at a discounted rate.
