Monthly workshops

Members only, online, every month. I take one topic, like sales, hiring or pricing, walk through how we do it at Smartfix, then open it up for Q&A. Bring your own numbers and get feedback.

Networking nights

Open to all, in person around Perth, at least every two months. A relaxed night with other trade business owners. Swap stories, compare notes and meet people who get what you’re dealing with. Bring someone else from the trade along.

Who are the trade networking nights for?

Owners and managers of trade businesses in Perth. Plumbers, sparkies, builders, aircon techs, cleaners and anyone running a team on the tools. Whether you are a one-person operation or have 50 staff, you will fit in.

How often are the events on?

The online workshops run every month for members. The networking nights in Perth run at least every two months, and often monthly. Hit Get the next date, tick Networking events on the form, and I will let you know when the next one is on.

Do I need to be a member to come?

Networking nights are open to anyone in the Perth trade community. The monthly workshops are part of the Hypotential membership, along with coaching and the full template library.

Where are they held?

Networking nights are in person around Perth. Workshops are online, so you can join from the office, the ute or home.

What happens on a networking night?

A relaxed room of trade business owners. Sometimes there is a short talk or Q&A, then the rest of the night is conversation. Most people leave with a few new contacts and at least one idea to try in their own business.
